Kriya for Keep-Up Spirit and Meditation to Balance the Hemispheres of the Brain


For the best life, the best health, work out our karma. Give us Joy Give us tranquility. Give us peace. Give us the power to serve and uplift all those who need us. Meditation focusing on the tip of the nose controls the optic nerve and stimulates the sensory system of the brain. The mudra by splitting the fingers separates the two hemispheres of the brain and by separating the thumb you are separating the ego. If the meditative mind can be used and acheived you can bing all happiness to yourself.
