Kriya for the Colon, Spine and Organs Meditation for Spiritual, Mental, and Physical Balance


Stimulate the meridians to the colon, adjust all the bones in the spine and bulid the heart, lungs, pancreas, and adrenals. Meditation will interbalance you in the duality of spiritual, mental and physical imbalance. It affects the two brain hemisphers to bring you into balance. Breathing through the mouth stimulates the meridian points on a ring around the throat which affect the parasympathetic nervous system. Breathing in strokes affects the pituitary gland.
