Hemisphere Adjustment and Subconcious Memory Elimination & Meditation for Self Acceptance


The brain has two hemispheres, left and right. The two sides must coordinate their activities at the same time to supplement and complement each other. There is another area called the memory area that must also coordinate with the two hemispheres. When this coordination is lacking, the person will be angry, frustrated, and self destructive. When you encounter a challenging situation and the left initial brain is asked to act, the right brain and the memory should coordinate so that the totality of you will direct the response and the response will bein harmony with who you are. Meditation removes inner conflict and allows you to love and accept yourself. Stop "shoulding" all over yourself. Judgment’s power word is 'should.' Go deeper to explore your unique 'should.' It often means you are seeking approval from an outside source such as a parent, authority figure or your community. Start to seek approval only from your higher consciousness.
